Advertising Strategy
Advertising is a key element in a liquidations recovery. We determine our ad dollars, which can be anywhere from 3-6%, on the projected inventory recovery. Our track record with all liquidations combined is running approx. 4 1/2%.
Since a liquidation is a different type of sale, the advertising strategy will also be different. You will experience a different customer base, traffic count and sales, which will be part of a formula to determine the next level of closing discount. From direct mail, to newspaper to electronic media we try to maximize our impact in order to maximize our momentum, while staying in our advertising budget.
